small replacment clamps for m6 bolts

Postby doulos24 » Wed Feb 15, 2012 4:25 am

thought I would share these with the rest of you guys. I made a set of replacment setup clamps that are a lil smaller. Feel free to size this for your own use. The middle is cut for a m6 bolt and works well without to much sanding filing etc. and I made some steps for the stepping clamps. I hope this helps someone. Image ImageImage ImageImage

I like that design of having the screw between the stepped blocks. I'm always running up against the edge of the machine with stepped blocks and that would let me put them closer to the edge.
I may modify that and connect the tops of the 2 stepped blocks so you don't need to worry about 3 pieces.
