I just received my Zen 7x7 last week, and have finally been able to cut/assembly a mount for my Dremel 4000. The idea was initially generated after ready an article on Jcopro (http://www.jcopro.net/2011/11/18/a-moun ... ks-router/), but his link to the DXF files were broken. So, I just made my own!
I cut the parts out of a cutting board (Polypropylene) that was about 0.35" thick. I have attached the Gcode as well as the STL files and CamBam files in case you have different material/want to change the cutting parameters.
My recommendation is NOT to use cutting board material, it isn't very flat.
I messed up a little bit when I was machining, but restarted the program anyways - ending with a oval hole for the head of the dremel...Ill make a new one later....
Mounted fairly straight, its just slightly crooked but not bad (Ill have to re machine it)
