Here is a place we can talk about using ZTW CNC platform for 3D printing. Your experience with software setup, configuration for different type of filament and etc.

Two Hot Beds Not at Same Temp

Postby tinjaw » Sun Apr 28, 2013 5:04 pm

I have the dual hotbeds and one heats up to 110C with the other one at 130C. These are in serial and it doesn't matter which one is first. How do I get the two of them to be at the same temperature?

I too ran into this problem with the dual setup.
I also found that temps would very as much as 20-30 degrees C across a single bed.

This seems to be a problem with this design.
We have since designed and built a whole new hot bed, and are testing it right now.
So far it is performing great.

As soon as we are done testing, we hope to be able to offer the new bed soon.
