Could you lend a hand with a couple of technical questions :
1. The router : which one did you use ? v shaped ? how big is its tip ?
2. How deep did you go below the top of the pcb ? If you used a v-shaped router,
the deeper you go, the more you cut, did you have to account for it when configuring the pcb2gcode ulp ?
3. how did you attach your pcb to your board ?
Thanks a lot,
1 -> I use a vShape 60* -> http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/200701647636? ... 1439.l2649
2 -> I set to go 0.5mm, since I set Z0 with my eyes lol... No you dont need any account, just install Eagle as a Freeware, donwload PCB GCode files, extract them to the Eagle ULP dir, then on the project open ULP GCode Wizard...Will try to make a tutorial to everyone...
3 -> I use double-sided adhesive tape, I need to find another way to do this since adhesive tape is a little expensive.
